Learn 2 Run Class
Participating in local running events is a great way to live a healthy and active life! You'll get lots of motivation, as well as enjoyment, from participating in a race, and 5K (3.1 miles) is the perfect distance for first-timers. Even if you're a couch potato, you can be ready for a 5K in just 6 weeks. This class will ease you into running by combining a slower pace jog with walking breaks. By the end of the 6 week you will be running more than walking.
You don't believe me do you? Well, just ask the ladies from our last 6 week class! These awesome
ladies were not runners. They went from not running to finishing their first 5K last weekend. They will tell you, "If I can do it, you can too!"

Sunday, May 18th at 7:00 AM at Elk Grove Park
On June 28th, we will participate in the Run for Independence 5K together.

Cardio, Core & More Class
A total body workout! This class alternates between cardio, muscular strength and endurance exercises as well as core strengthening work. Each class is guaranteed to get your blood pumping! Discover the fitness benefits while working your body into better shape!
